Chicken satay, peanut sauce, and SPICY cucumber salad.

I'll be honest, I'm not always a fan of Scuttlebutt brews, but they knocked it out of the damn park with this one. Living Daylights Hazy IPA is bright, and flavorful, and at 6.1% it's delightfully drinkable. I'd recommend picking up a pack or two if you can find it... and you should definitely try to find it.

Some good stuff waiting for us coming back from vacation: the new edition of Cook's illustrated, a new Bean Box shipment, and The Pepper Thai Cookbook!

It's Mai Tai time (or Shirley Temple's and goldfish if you're the underage members of the party) on this beautiful evening!

More vacation food!

Vacation dinner: Poké, mahi mahi ceviche, another type of poké, and more ceviche. And beer!

Moved on to a beautiful sunset and an Ola Da Hazy IPA. This session is light, clean and more hoppy than most sessions. Wish I could find this back home!

Checking out some Skinny Jeans IPA from @waikikibrewco while we're out here in Hawaii! It's a mild-bodied full flavored brew with a hit of hoppy goodness. Cheers! 🌴🍻🤙
