Here’s a handy tip for those of you who bottle. If you don’t have a rack to dry your bottles on after washing and sanitizing them, use the removable racks from the dishwasher.
This realization was the result of an “oh shit” moment, during which we realized that we had the means to sanitize and bottle, but nothing that could sufficiently hold 48 12-oz bottles upright as they drained. It’s quick and efficient, and it saves the money and space required for a full drying rack.
