I thought there was nothing in the fridge for dinner, but then I remembered that I had some leftover lemon pepper linguine from dinner Friday (handmade, of course). I fried up some garlic in a tablespoon of Olio Dorato, added sweet peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and a pinch of red pepper, stirred in the linguine, added a dash of water, and then topped the whole thing off with fresh parsley and parmesan! Delicious!
