This dinner was too good not to share. I’ll post the exact recipe once our internet decides to work again, but it’s relatively simple, and crazy delicious.
Grilled black rockfish fillets with avocado, arugula, tomato, Old Bay mayo and Hempler’s bacon on grilled pugliese.
Boom! Eat it!

I love rock fish – never thought of pairing it with BLT and avacado but I certainly will in the fiture!
