More vacation food!
Vacation dinner: Poké, mahi mahi ceviche, another type of poké, and more ceviche. And beer!
Moved on to a beautiful sunset and an Ola Da Hazy IPA. This session is light, clean and more hoppy than most sessions. Wish I could find this back home!
Checking out some Skinny Jeans IPA from @waikikibrewco while we're out here in Hawaii! It's a mild-bodied full flavored brew with a hit of hoppy goodness. Cheers! 🌴🍻🤙
Red snapper tacos with pineapple slaw. Simple. Tropical. Vacationy. Happy spring break!
It's that grilled bacon and egg Easter pizza time again! While the kids immersed themselves in the sheer-awesomeness that is an Easter morning designed by the amazing Krystle, I grilled up this bacon, egg and arugula pizza to play plate-partners with her bunny-shaped cinnamon rolls!
This evenings culinary endeavor: pan seared NY strip from my last Butcher Box shipment, basted and rested in some compound butter (#ontheblog), and served with delicious Brussels sprouts (also #ontheblog).
The other day in @traderjoes I grabbed a bottle of "The Brewed Abides", from @pelicanbrewing out of Oregon.
I've seen Hoplark HopTea (@drinkhoptea ) instagram ads before, but when I saw the cans in the store a few days ago, I was intrigued. This sparkling green tea brewed with mosaic hops, which they call "the green tea one", is light and smooth, and reminiscent of the mild hoppiness of a session IPA. It's not a bad refresher, and the 60mg of caffeine packs a nice little kick. I'm a fan. Cheers.
