On this day in history, rather than mythology and ham, we chose the new Captain America movie and grilled pizza.
In this case, it was a super thin crust pizza grilled over low heat with Trader Joe’s pizza sauce, fresh and smoked mozzarella, red onions, red peppers, mushrooms, fresh basil, green onions and arugula, and smoked prosciutto, pepperoni and peppered salami.
Yum.
